Humph. (takes deep breathe), appreciating my moment in life. Candles lit, heat on, as jazz of some sort plays behind me. Wrapping up a dry week that’s been full of h20 and hot teas. Im taking it easy in this pool of gratitude. I have ultimate health and ultimate joy and happiness, anything else is simply extra cherries on top to create a more sweeter blissful life.

Coldest days in the south we are in the midst of. It is a new year and its off to a great start. We get up by the grace of God and we leave our homes into the movements of the world to handle what must need to be done. Many 5, some 6, and many 7 days a week simply to repeat it once the week concludes. Humph. (takes deep breathe) ; and here at 2:51 AM, I nestle in. Comfort, robe, tea, in a pool of appreciation and thanks. “Life is a balancing game” folks. Take time for you & only you. Nestle in.
